Directors Corner

Happy New Year!  Wow, “Your library is starting the year off with a bang”!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PBTDL.  Your library is having a huge celebration starting in January.  The 120 year Celebration Committee and Staff are having a fantastic time creating events for YOU all throughout 2024.  It could be as simple as a lot of giveaways each month or it could be a scavenger hunt each month.  Inside my “corner” you will find a clue for January’s kickoff and in each month after that, there will be another clue for you to solve.  A total 12 clues with be given throughout the year for different locations.  Once you think you have it solved for January, please bring into the library a picture showing the item with you in it or email it to me at director@pottervillelibrary.org.  January’s giveaway is really looking back at where the library has been located in the last 120 years.  I hope you enjoy taking a look at where your library started, who started it and where it is today.

As always, our Story Time will return on Tuesday, January 9th along with the Viking Lego Club returning the same day.  If you have not signed up yet, it is not too late.  Call and we can get you started.

I thank you for your continued support of the library. This community makes me so HAPPY!
