Hello June!

Everything and everyone is waking up and taking notice of how wonderful the month of June is in Michigan!  Children of all ages are getting out of school and maybe graduating from High School or College.  Parents are looking forward to their camping trip or maybe just sitting back and firing up the grill.  For the library, we are all excited about the Summer Reading Program “All Together Now” starting June 19th.  Kickoff is starting the week before, so be sure to come in and get signed up for this year’s events.  Jennie is working really hard to make this year’s events very exciting for you.  Check out the Tuesday programs that have been scheduled. 

I am so happy to announce the launch of our new website, https://pottervillelibrary.org.  I hope that you find it easy to navigate and find all of our information right at your fingertips.  Check it out when you get a chance.  Also, please take advantage of the Potter Park Zoo free pass and free parking program.  Come into the library and check out a pass.  It is that easy.

Don’t forget to stop in to the Well Read Shed during Gizzard Fest and check out the Friends of the Library Book Sale starting on Friday.  The Friends have been working very hard to come up with clever things just for you.  I look forward to seeing you there.  Have a great start to the summer!
