October Newsletter

The image features playful Halloween-themed decorations spelling "OCTOBER," with a bat, witch hat, black cat, spider, and an eye.

Hello October.

Directors Corner

Football and falling leaves are upon us!  I get so excited about fall.  I have always enjoyed what Michigan has to offer in the autumn:  apple picking, cider and donuts for sure, leaf piles in yards, pumpkins on front porches and of course making an apple pie.  I hope you can get out and enjoy what makes you happy.

The library has kicked off a “Guess the Weight of the Pumpkin” again this year.  Please stop by the library and take a minute to put your guess into the basket.  It is being given away on Friday, October 13th.  Good luck.

All of our programs are going strong. Call if you have questions about what we have to offer.  We would really like to see you each week.

A BIG Thank You to the Country Mill, Friends of the PBTDL and the patrons that donated items for the craft show.  It was a really great weekend.

Take care and have a fantastic October.

Wishing you a safe and happy Halloween.
