The image features a wooden background with autumn leaves and berries, and the phrase "Hello September" in decorative lettering.

Director's Corner,

HELLO SEPTEMBER

This month we welcome the kids back to school, the start of football season, Labor Day Weekend and cider.  At your library we welcome back the start of our StoryTime , Viking Lego Club, Fiber Art Club, and the Friends of the Library Annual Craft show.  The craft show starts on Saturday, September 26th and 27th from noon to 5:00 at the Country Mill.  Please take time to visit and get started on your Christmas gifts.    It’s going to be a fun month for sure.

Construction Start – The library is having their sidewalks replaced starting on Friday.  The outside book drop will not be available on Friday and the following  week.  Please use the west door to enter the library.  You will need to park across from the library or use the city parking lot.  Thank you for your help.

What books am I reading?  I just finished “The Forgotten Book Club” by Kate Storey.  I really enjoy it.  It’s about ADHD,  losing your loved one and how the silent book club helped a number of people walk through their crisis and come out stronger.  Right now, I am reading “The Perfect Divorce” by Jeneva Rose.  This is the second book in her series.  I can’t put it down.  Be prepared.  If you like a thriller, this is the one for you.  Happy reading!
